I had to get my car repaired this week and was relieved when I found out the dealership had a shuttle service that would take me to work. That was until I realized I would be held captive in the van for nearly an hour, and our driver was angry, clueless and TALKED ALL THE TIME. If you talked to him, you would regret it. Herewith is the story of my 57-minute silent scream.
