Losing weight is easy. Eat fewer calories than you expend in effort. Net effect is that you use more calories than you take in. Eat less exercise more. How hard can it be. Easy if you eat better foods too. More foods at the source and fewer refined products. Easy. Eat well, move more, lose weight, stay healthy, feel better.
What's so difficult about that?
