I don't think that cheat days are a good way to lose weight - I mean when you stick to a healthy eating plan 5 or 6 days and then go wild eating whatever you want for 1 or 2 days, this can really backfire for many people, especially those who are addicted to sugar, fast foods, are binge or emotional eaters, or have other eating disorders.

What do you think, have you ever tried using "cheat days" to lose weight and did it work for you?
