Mother knows best. Eat your breakfast. Not so surprising news that eating a hearty breakfast keeps you from snacking before lunch and over eating later.
There's good sense in making breakfast the most important meal of the day. running off in the morning without breakfast or grabbing a sugary snack if a sure fire way to send you blood sugar into turmoil, crash and burn, and cause long term weight problems.
So eat up your protein and carbs in the morning. Your mother knows what's good for you.
