A Stress Reduction Tool

We can all use some stress reduction in our lives. I had never heard of abouila though, it sort of sounds like an interesting way to state procrastination.

Here is a salient quote: "When stress hits us, we tend to react. Then we immediately jump to an intervention. 99.997% of all reaction-based interventions, in non-life threatening situations are inappropriate and dysfunctional. The other 0.003% are coincidence."
