The time for talking has finally come to an end. After months and months of threats and promises of calling a strike, the Writer's Guild of America has finally called it's 12,000 members to action.

The WGA seems serious with this one. They want their members to earn more money on residuals from DVDs and internet media. Do they have a chance? What does this mean for our movies and television programming?
