So this is what the Golden Globe Awards has come down to in the year of the Writer's Strike by the WGA. The Hollywood Foreign Press Assn (HFPA) and NBC and the actor's guild and the WGA are all arguing over whether or not the show is going to go on, whether or not writer's will write, actor's will move their mouths and show up to accept awards, and whether or not any of it will be shown on TV to an admiring public who longs for those very actors to get just one more award for their mantels. Yep, this is what the Golden Globes is all about.
