Another veteran news anchor, Rob Morrison, has been let go, following a string of other long term news people.
Experience in news used to count for something but when the pencil heads say cut expenses the first to go are the higher paid, and pension due, long term employees.
The market may still get their due though when NBC quality slips and advertising falls.
