This post is a nice update on the original a few days ago that was more an exercise in using on site SEO to prove a point. That was that it is possible to get you site onto Google's page one for a long tail keyword with less effort than may people believe. This exercise consisted of using the keyword liberally in the post, plus other on site SEO tecniques. I gave it one PR3 keyword anchored link from one of my other sites and watched the site jump into 7th place in the SERPs. It works!
