Results of a study by the National Endowment for the Arts showing that Americans are reading less for fun or pleasure. As a result students are doing more poorly on tests.
Also, report on a book, "Set Our Teachers FREE! A Plan to Save Public Education" and an education reform plan (The Kingsland Plan) for turning students into superstars and restoring public schools to excellence.
