What does my title mean? You'll soon find out as Chinese brings up a majority of the world's population and because of that, many of us are starting to celebrate the same traditions as was celebrated back in Ancient China. This tradition and called Chinese New Year and this year is the year of the Rate, which means different things to some of us.  Make sure you know what your good luck and bad lucks are if you're a rat this year!
