What do you think about this? Are you scared? Do you even care? Can we prevent this? Can we change the world? Do you want to get old? There are lots of deep issues to think about nowadays. The easiest thing would be to forget it all, put the pillow over our heads and pretend that we didn't hear, we didn't see, anything.
Finnish police say the gunman killed the school’s headmistress and seven students as he stalked the hallways, firing through closed doors while students jumped from classroom windows to safety. Then he shot himself in the head, but survived. He died later at the hospital.
As with the other school shootings, we ask ourself how this could happen. I don’t have to think very long to come up with several reasons why the kids does these kind of things. Just look at how our world looks like! That’s one of the reasons I don’t want to get any kids at all. How could I forgive myself for bringing them in to this living hell, where they have to be on the watch for danger at all times. I see 4-5 year olds walking around the streets alone and I think that sooner or later one of them will get killed by a car or kidnapped by a pedophile. It’s just a matter of seconds. I wonder how the parent’s think. I wouldn’t dare to leave my child out of sight for a second in this god forsaken world.
Over to another topic, I just read that there was a 97 year old lady that were left alone outside in the cold for several hours, she couldn’t even more her wheelchair herself. She wanted to go out for a walk one to three times a week so she could get some fresh air and to feed her outdoor cat, but the home-help service just left her on her own front yard. It’s horrible to hear about these things as well. I don’t want to get old.
