There is no shortage of weight-loss advice and most of it avoids the exercise ingredient by focusing on diet.
Here again theories come and go yearly as fads rage and die. Some real and not so valid diet regimes remain and reducing carbs has become a given.
But removing things like pasta from your diet takes away a very enjoyable cuisine. Anyway few Italians are as obese as Americans so pasta carbs can't be to blame.
