The explosion of Japanese restaurants across North America is ever evident. There seems to be a new Japanese restaurant opening up daily in my hometown; Oakville, Ontario. "I have been living in Japan on and off for the last two years. Soon I will leave these shores and move back to Canada. More specifically; Oakville, Ontario. I can’t wait to get back home:). Anyway, living in Japan has provided me with the opportunity to eat grade A first class sushi. OK…I am a sushi lover, especially sashimi.
