Fort Wayne Teens Drinking And Driving

Its amazing how a kid under 21 can get into an accident and almost killed by a drunk driver and then turn around and get caught drinking and driving himself. Not once but twice. I wonder how much talking parents do with their kids about the consequences involved with drinking and driving. I'm sure Fort Wayne teens aren't much different than kids in other parts of the country.
