Brigitte Bardot Learns There is No Freedom of Speech in France | Middle Aged Crazy

As proof that there is no freedom of speech in France, former pinup girl and movie star turned animal rights activist Brigitte Bardot has been fined $23,160 for remarks insulting Muslims. The actual charges were “provoking discrimination and racial hatred for comments she made in a letter to Interior Minister Nicolas Sarkozy. In the letter, Bardot said France is “tired of being led by the nose by this population that is destroying us, destroying our country by imposing its acts.”
