What is a Consumer Report?

Apparently, a consumer report is unlike what I actually perceived it to be. I did a bit of research and found out the correct search term to use when searching for the information that I had wanted to inititally find and that was reports of consumers (ie. consumer buying style, market trends etc etc.)


So basically consumer reports are just tips or rather buying guides for consumers who are "heavy" shoppers..
