Is Budweiser Actually Up For Sale?

I can't believe my beloved Budweiser might be for sale. What will I do if the new owner quits offering Bud Light, Michelob Dark , Rolling Rock and many of my other favorite beers. I know I'll just have to go back to my Irish roots and turn to a Guinness for my happy hour delight. Anheuser-Busch was made an offer it most definitely will have to take into consideration.
