With Budgeting & Forecasting becoming key management accounting concepts in today's gloomy economic weather, this is my one attempt share with all the accountants, that really, the basis to driving a budget or a forecast is either or, and the whole thing is based on speculation. It's a similar scenario to whether the egg or the chicken came first, and to think that multi million dollar businesses use such methodology to gauge business.
