During my team's first scrum project, much of our retrospectives focused on getting continuous integration systems setup. Applying Agile to GIS Projects ...Agile refers a set of project management and software engineering practices which focus on reducing project risk by incrementally developing software through a series of iterations.In order to understand many of the Agile concepts, it's worth quickly reviewing how software has historically been developed.
