Why StumbleUpon is bad for your Niche site

Have you ever submitted a great post to StumbleUpon only to see a huge increase in your site stats? How has that affected your Adsense CTR? Did it kill you or help you out? Did you see an increase in your clicks, or a decrease in your overall CTR?

I have been playing with SU for a couple of weeks and have found some interesting statistics when I submit posts in order to drive traffic. SU users usually don't click ads!
