What Do You Want From A Wordpress Theme?

I really wanted to get an answer to the question:
“What do I want from a Wordpress theme?”.
So I've changed my theme by one I developed myself, just to see what I wanted to be in there.

I'm quite satisfied with the results concerning design and seo, but now the question remains what YOU want from a Wordpress theme. Is Adsense a must? What else is missing? Would you use my new theme? Do you need step-by-step instructions on how to set it up?
