Ultra Useful ( AJAX applications ) : LightBox and VideoBox

Lokesh Dhakar back in May released this updated version of an ultra-useful and ultra-cool script LightBox 2. Lightbox is a simple, unobtrusive script used to overlay images on the current page. It's a snap to setup and works on all modern browsers. Lightbox 2 uses the Prototype Framework and Scriptaculous Effects Library.

Inspired by this concept, is another 6kb script called the VideoBox or The LightBox for Videos which is capable of showing your videos in the page with an overlay.
