Paying Attention to Keywords is One of the Best Blogging Tips Youâ€™ll Get

Before I started BN, I admittedly didnâ€™t pay a whole lot of attention to SEO, figuring that if I was just able to publish quality content that the traffic would eventually find me. Besides, Google already crawled my site, so I figured that was enough.

But numerous posts by Grizzly, including Whatâ€™s In A Keyword? made me realize that I needed to focus a little more on what people use to find my site. So I picked a term of "best blogging tips" and decided to see what I could do to get to the top of Google for that term.

And even with not a whole lot of use of the term, maybe every third post or so, BloggingNotes now is the number two link for the term. Iâ€™m sold.
