How to remove “Blog Archive” from your Wordpress post title

When I moved from Blogger to WordPress last month, I noticed that all of my posts would appear in search engine results with the words "Blog Archive" sandwiched between my blog name and my post title. This posed a problem because it added unnecessary text to the results page and sometimes truncated my post titles. It also seemed strange that new posts would even have the word "archive" in there, since I didn't consider a new post to be an archive post. What to do about it? eHowToGuru had the answer. Follow these instructions to remove "Blog Archive" from your post titles.
