What is Addon Domain?

An addon domain allows you to reach a subdomain when entering the name of the addon domain into a browser. This means that you can host additional domains from your account, if allowed by your hosting provider. Addon Domains are relative to your account’s home directory.

How to Add Addon Domain?

1. The additional domain name(s) need to point to corresponding DNS as your main domain.
2. Once you have completed the above, you should be able to add the add-on domain.

a. Please login to your account (cPanel Account)
b. Please go to “add-on domain” section of the site.
c. There you will be able to complete the addition of your extra domain.

Once the domain is added, you should be able to see a folder with the name of your domain (e.g. if your domain is xyz.com your folder name is going to be xyz, unless you change your folder name).
