This is the third part in the series about how to create a WordPress theme. In the last part I showed how to convert your idea into a regular html page. In this part I show you how to add the WordPress functions that are needed to make it compatible with WordPress. During the course of the tutorial I also discuss how to make it SEO friendly. I also show you the changes that you have to make to the style sheet to make it compatible. Developing a theme in this manner makes it easy, for even a newbie, to create a WordPress theme.
