How To Create A WordPress Theme - Part 2

This is the latest in my WordPress Series dealing with how to create a WordPress theme. In previous part I discussed why you should have a unique theme and various methodologies on how to come up with your theme. Converting the design into a theme is a two step process. This post details the first step - that of turning the design into a working page.

In the next part of how to create a WordPress theme I shall start the second step in the process, converting the web page into the multiple files needed for a WordPress theme.
