Are you serious? You absolve your self by hiding a disclaimer somewhere in your site and expect people to know that a certain ad "HAS" a disclaimer and that people will then assume you "HAVE" written a disclaimer somewhere in your articles? And then they have to look for it? You call that common sense?
Or you could put a link next to the ads in question with "Warning:Disclaimer" in the anchor text.
Now which method do you think advocates concern for the readers?
