I have screenshots that show what may be the end of paid text links as we know it.
A favorite advertiser with many bloggers, TLA is currently showing some crazy results in their ad calculator. The link ad calculator used show how much you might expect to get paid for putting paid links on your blog.
Now, the ad calculator has some results that are surprising. I think it may be a sign that they have given up. Google may have done what it wanted with the last Google slap-crushed it's competition.
If you have considered TLA, it may be too late.
