Google fear factor at Making money blogging SOHO

Have you been affected by Google's harsh action on blogs doing Pay Per Post? Has Google created the fear factor in us especially the Pay Per Post bloggers? I am one dedicated to do Pay Per Post. My PageRank remains at PR0 despite my effort to increase the PageRank. I have not had any paid post on my blog yet as my blog was still not accepted by Pay Per Post, but I guess a disclosure about paid posts I put on my blog had angered Google and my PageRank remains a big zero until now.
