Ebay Affiliates Did you Get Short Changed?

Ebay admitted to making major mistake when it launched its affiliate partner network. Many affiliates have been wondering if ebay's move from commission junction was a plus or minus for them. Tales of missing revenue and unaccounted for clicks are all over the affiliate forums and I guess to an extent they might have been true, but it appears that ebay is making it right with its affiliates.
