Does Blogging Affect Your Work?

We blog because we enjoy doing it. While some of us are hobbyists, we share a common goal with professional bloggers: we want our blogs to be successful. We bring our blogging activities to the next level: blog-hopping, commenting, social networking, and the like. Question is: was there a point that it affects your main job? Do you have a schedule of your blogging activities? Or you simply do it as you please?
