Does Article Marketing Increase Blog Traffic?

Article marketing is something internet marketers swear by when it comes to getting sales and list building. Bloggers on the other hand are not entirely convinced submitting articles to directories is worth the trouble since they already own blogs and would rather keep their unique articles for themselves.
